She has also advised a listed pharma company based in Hyderabad with respect to its acquisition of a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad by way of a private treaty under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).
