Vincent Desoubries

Vincent joined Arsene in 2006 where he participated in the creation of the Transfer Pricing and Business Structuring department and the service line within Taxand.

Vincent has a recognized practice in the management of transfer pricing issues (particularly in the fields of retail, asset management or agri-food):

- Structuring of transfer pricing policies;

- Valuation of assets in the tax framework (intra-group transfers, restructurings);

- Management of relations with the tax authorities;

- Document engineering.

He is a member of Arsene's Management Committee.
