Denis works hand in hand with CEOs and tax departments on the tax issues and strategy they are in charge of. More specifically, Denis advises clients in media, energy, luxury and construction and assists them on tax inspection and litigation issues. Many CEOs also trust him with their individual tax situations. Finally, Denis helps manage the M&A and Private Equity teams at Arsene and Taxand (the world’s largest independent organisation of tax experts, founded by Arsene in 2005).

Career

After gaining experience in business law, Denis refocused on taxation, joining Arthur Andersen International as a tax lawyer in 1998.

He helped found Cabinet Arsene in 2004. He has been the managing partner since 2019.
