Franck Llinas

Franck joined Arsene in 2005. where he was promoted to partner in 2011 and co-heads the real estate department.

Franck advises various French and foreign real estate players, private and institutional, on the following main issues:

- Establishment of regulated and unregulated investment structures;

- Tax assistance in transactions and reorganization operations;

- Tax assistance in direct and indirect taxation;

- Assistance with tax audits and litigation.

He is a lecturer at the Master's degree in corporate law and taxation in Aix-Marseille as part of the seminar on the taxation of the real estate sector, regularly leads seminars for his clients and participates in the writing of articles in the national press (in charge of real estate tax issues for the magazine Lexbase since 2012) and international press.
