Victoria Garabato

Member of the Banking and Finance Department Mrs. Garabato specializes in banking, finance and foreign investment.

Mrs. Garabato provides regular advise to national and international companies, financial institutions and multilateral financial organizations in Project Finance, particularly in renewable energy and infrastructure. Over the past 10 years, she has actively participated in some of the most relevant project financings of wind farms, solar plants and industrial infrastructure projects that took place in the country.

During 2018 she worked as a foreign associate for the Buenos Aires office of Marval, O’Farrel & Mairal.

Within the academic field, she teaches project financing at the University of Montevideo.
