Tomás Gurméndez

Practice Areas

Mr. Gurmendez works in the area of Corporate Law, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, mining and natural resources law, and foreign investment.

In the course of his practice, he advises national and foreign companies and banking institutions in financial and commercial transactions, including stock purchase, shareholder agreements, loans, project finance, joint ventures, trusts, and commercial agreements in general.

He was formerly a professor of Economic Transactions Law at Universidad ORT in Uruguay.
