Victor is an Active Associate of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) - Grupo Peruano.
He has been an exhibitor in different academic forums, and is the author of several research projects in tax matters.
He is a Bachelor of Law and Lawyer from the University of Lima, graduated obtaining the first position of the 2011-1 promotion, having obtained the professional title unanimously and with Outstanding mention, "Summa Cum Laude".
Víctor has post-graduate studies in International Taxation at ESAN University (2012) and in Financial Law at Universidad del Pacífico (2013).
