He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Lima, where he graduated first in his class (2011-1), obtaining his professional title unanimously and with Outstanding distinction (Summa Cum Laude).
Víctor pursued postgraduate studies in International Taxation at ESAN University (2012), Financial Law at Universidad del Pacífico (2013) and US Taxation at New York University - NYU (2018). He also completed specialization programs at New York the New York Institute of Finance in Capital Markets (February 2016) and Derivative Financial Instruments (August 2016).
