Before joining, was Director of Planning projects for the Public Real Estate Company in the Zona Franca, Cádiz. Lectures for Masters and programmes on real estate and planning at several private universities. Law degree with Business Administration and EU Law (CEU Luis Vives, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, 1992). Masters in Town Planning and Zoning (Instituto de Estudios Superiores San Pablo, CEU Madrid, 1994). Languages: Spanish, English.
