Practice Areas
Veronica serves as lead counsel on highly complex matters in a wide variety of disciplines, including antitrust, intellectual property, class actions, and commercial/business disputes. She served as co-lead trial counsel for a leading technology firm defending unprecedented antitrust claims attacking the firm’s core business model. Following a three-week bench trial in the Northern District of California, which was described in the press as “the Super Bowl of Antitrust,” the Court ruled in our client’s favor on all antitrust claims. She is was lead counsel for BNSF Railway in DDC matter where it defeated certification of a $30 billion+ class action; lead counsel for Tenet Healthcare when it defeated class actions in Michigan state court and EDTX; and obtained a unanimous defense verdict for Tyler Perry at an EDTX copyright infringement trial.
