Previously served as Legal Adviser at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal and as Deputy Chief of the Legal Service of the United Nations Compensation Commission.

President in a USD 35 billion UNCITRAL arbitration administered by the PCA involving a real estate development project a Middle Eastern jurisdiction.

Co-arbitrator in a USD 11 billion ad hoc arbitration over an alleged breach of a mining exploration license in Greenland.

President in a USD 7 billion UNCITRAL arbitration arising out of a project for the development of a coal-fired power station in Australia.

President in a USD 700 million UNCITRAL arbitration arising out of the alleged intervention by the Republic of Korea in the merger of two publicly traded companies.
