Arbitra is a membership list and natural fit for arbitrators and neutrals, operated by an experienced management team. Our ethos is to maximise our member's time to allow them to sit as arbitrator or mediator. We provide a full concierge service to our members. We have quickly become an invaluable resource for assisting you and your clients find the right neutral for your dispute.

Arbitra was founded to address two key gaps in the market:

1)Assisting law firms, general counsel, and institutions in finding the most suitable neutrals for their disputes. This goes beyond a tick-box exercise—our selection process includes deep due diligence and considers tribunal dynamics and characteristics.

2) Providing the essential support and platform independent arbitrators need when transitioning from law firms or chambers.

Our members

Arbitra members are internationally recognised for their expertise and act independently in their capacities as arbitrators. They bring extensive experience in handling substantial disputes under a broad range of key arbitral institutional rules. These include appointments by institutions such as ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, ICSID, ICDR, DIAC, UNCITRAL, BVI IAC, SCC, VIAC, and CAM-CBBC, among others. Additionally, our members serve on specialist tribunals like the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as in ad hoc tribunals around the world.

Our arbitrators actively contribute to the international arbitration community by sharing their expertise at industry events and conferences. Many hold leadership positions and academic roles at prestigious institutions, reflecting their commitment to advancing the field of arbitration.
