Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, Paulo Bandeira has over 20 years of experience advising companies on daily corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on corporate governance matters, advising mainly on-board structuring and directors’ duties and liabilities.

Head of the Startups team, Paulo has advised a wide range of technological and biotechnological startups, Business Angels and Venture Capitals on investments, as well as incubators and acceleration programs.
