Partner in the Corporate and M&A Department and the TMT Department, Luís Neto Galvão has extensive experience in information technology, telecommunications, media and privacy. Luís advises companies and organisations on privacy and data protection, including all aspects of compliance, data audits and international data transfers, especially in the telecommunications, media and IT, health and pharmaceutical, energy, banking and insurance sectors.

With over 20 years of experience, Luís was a member of the Commission Expert Group on Cloud Computing Contracts and Consultant for the Council of Europe in the field of Data Privacy & Protection.
