Vasco is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice. With 5 years' professional experience, he advises clients in the areas of patents, mostly in the pharmaceutical sector, and trademarks and copyright in a wide range of sectors.
He has also focused on litigation in the area of intellectual property, with an emphasis on arbitration proceedings and court proceedings arising from the invocation of industrial property rights relating to medicines and trademark litigation. Vasco also drafts contracts in intellectual property matters.
He has a master's degree in tax law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and earned his law degree from the same faculty.
Before joining PLMJ, Vasco was a lawyer at Vieira de Almeida.
