Urs Hofer specialises in the regulation of financial services and financial institutions and the structuring, issuance, listing, trading and offering of financial instruments with a particular focus on asset management, derivatives and structured products and all types of open-end and closed-end collective investment schemes covering all asset classes and investor categories.

Before joining Walder Wyss as a counsel in 2019, Urs Hofer worked for over a decade with various financial institutions and law firms specialising in banking and financial law.
