We have continued to serve large Swiss and foreign fund providers such as Schroders Investment Funds (Switzerland) AG or SEB Fund Services in their filings with the Swiss regulator Finma and their distribution activities.
In addition, we have been increasingly busy advising FinTech companies active in the asset management and investment fund business. For instance, we have been advising a company offering robo advice and a platform offering suitability tools for asset managers offering fund products for their clients. Together with the University of Zurich we have been organising a very successful FinTech seminar which dealt with the regulation of robo advice and other regulatory aspects of FinTech.
