Ulises Castilla is a partner in KPMG in Mexico City. A seasoned litigator in the private and public sectors, he has more than two decades' experience in tax dispute resolutions and advising on tax strategies for the business sector. Prior to joining the Firm, Ulises was the head of litigation area of large taxpayers for the Tax Administration Service. His practice also covers tax planning and transfer pricing. Ulises' practice focuses on tax dispute resolutions, including conclusive agreements (alternative dispute resolutions), administrative appeals, nullity suits, and constitutional appeals (amparos).
