With over 15 years of experience, Michel counsels private equity, energy and infrastructure, and other alternative asset managers on some of the most significant and innovative deals in the Mexican market. His practice encompasses fund formation and downstream structuring, acquisition and disposition planning, joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, refinancing and exit strategies. He has extensive experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects and coordinating advice for clients with significant operations in Mexico and Latin America.
