Career

Ty serves as chair of Bradley’s Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group. Drawing on 20 years of experience as a state and federal prosecutor and leading defense lawyer, Ty helps clients with white-collar criminal defense, False Claims Act matters, sensitive internal investigation, and high-profile litigation. His areas of focus include telehealth and telemedicine; white collar defense; FCA and healthcare fraud and abuse; securities, finance and other regulated industries; government contracting and construction; and anti-corruption.

Ty joined Bradley after nearly a decade as a federal and state prosecutor, most recently as an assistant U.S. attorney in the White Collar and Economic Crimes division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee. As an AUSA, Ty led investigations and prosecutions of some of Tennessee’s largest fraud cases, first-chaired numerous jury trials, and argued successfully before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He previously worked as an associate in the litigation departments of two large international firms based in Philadelphia.
