As a former in-house lawyer, Tuna is passionate about helping legal teams create efficient, streamlined and compliant processes that drive lasting change and foster critical business relationships. Tuna has over eight years of experience in transformation that is enabled by technology and has supported the successful delivery of projects across all stages of a transformation journey and to functions of varying sizes, sectors and geographies.Tuna advises clients on legal function strategy, process optimisation and digital-driven transformation, including transformation of the legal function, ongoing support to legal operations teams with the execution of their strategy, legal process design, and automation and technology-enabled initiatives for key workflows.
