Emily leads the Digital Legal Technology and Legal teams within HSF Kramer's Digital Legal Delivery practice group in Australia.

Emily is a Partner in our Digital Legal Delivery practice. She leads the Digital Legal and Legal Technology teams in Australia – a multi-disciplinary team of qualified lawyers, legal analysts, technologists, eDiscovery professionals and legal project managers based across Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. As a key part of the firm’s global Digital Legal Delivery offering, these teams are ever evolving and deliver a growing range of legal project management and legal technology services to our clients.

Emily is particularly focussed on understanding and shaping the digital needs of clients. Leveraging her strong legal abilities and in-depth knowledge of the NewLaw/Digital landscape she facilitates the delivery of innovative and technology-enabled legal solutions. Emily works closely with her global cross-practice team in Digital Legal Delivery, clients and stakeholders across the firm to develop new technology-enabled product offerings and evolve existing services in response to market maturity and client demand.

Before taking up her role with Digital Legal Delivery in 2017, Emily practised as a Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne. She had a particular interest and expertise in class actions, having acted for clients in the defence of a number of separate class actions brought in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
