Tsvetan heads Schoenherr-Sofia's banking and finance department, having expertise in various regulatory and transactional matters. Apart from Bulgarian security documentation work around foreign law-governed facilities, Tsvetan has significant experience in actual drafting of LMA-style credit facilities governed by Bulgarian law. He has acted frequently for credit institutions, insurance companies, and corporations (including J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. – London Branch, Immorent Bank GmbH - Austria, Uniqa Life Insurance Company AD – Bulgaria, Uniqa Non-Life Insurance Company AD – Bulgaria, Volkswagen Holding AG - Austria). He has proven track record in derivatives and securitisation matters, having recently prepared the master agreements for derivatives and the accompanying collateral documentation of the largest Bulgarian bank, and of the Bulgarian branch of one of the largest world banks. He has also advised shareholders in public companies on regulatory matters as well as on tender bids and squeeze-out transactions.
