Trond Lingaas is a Specialist Partner in BAHR’s Energy and Climate Change group. Trond Lingaas advises energy-related clients, with particular emphasis on the petroleum sector. His special expertise includes share and asset transactions, integration projects, industry contracts, contract negotiations, regulatory issues, government relations and projects.

He has extensive experience from domestic and international energy transactions and has advised on many of the largest and most complex oil and gas transactions in Norway. Trond also works with disputes, infrastructure transactions and carbon capture and storage.
