Øystein Guvåg

Øystein Guvåg is Co-Head of BAHR’s Private M&A group and is part of the firm’s Technology group. He is a recognised as one of the leading experts in Norway on mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters and has for nearly two decades been advising Nordic and international private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, industrial clients, technology companies and other participants in the market. Guvåg has extensive experience from complex cross-border and domestic transactions, typically involving acquisitions, divestments, spin-offs, co-investments, joint ventures as well as other types of transactions. He also advises clients on corporate matters and establishment of management incentive programs.
