Tristan is an experienced barrister who now specialises in all forms of dispute resolution. As a barrister Tristan’s practice encompassed all aspects of family law, with an emphasis on matrimonial finance and private law children matters. He has also represented clients in Schedule I applications, trust of land disputes and applications under Part IV Family Law Act 1996.
As a specialist dispute resolution practitioner, Tristan regularly conducts private FDRs and acts as an arbitrator in financial and children cases. He also has a busy mediation practice and is accredited by the Family Mediation Council and the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
In 2020, Tristan was appointed a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit
