Since joining Fletchers Solicitors four years ago, Trevor continues to showcase why he is one of the leading Medical Negligence Solicitors in the North West.
Trevor’s extensive case portfolio includes:
- Acting as the lead coordinating solicitor in the PTSD multi-party action against the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
- Acting as the lead solicitor in the Thompstone group of cases relating to the standard indexation of periodical payments.
Professional Memberships
Trevor was present at the formation of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL) over twenty years ago. To this day, he remains a ‘Fellow of APIL’.
2021 represents Trevor’s third year as Chief Assessor for the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel. He also remains a specialist panel member for (AVMA).
