Career

Jane has a wealth of experience being 30 years qualified working solely for injured claimants during this time. She has been with Freeths for 29 years and a partner since 1998. She has been at the forefront of negotiating Claims Handling Agreements with NHSR namely:

Leicester Cervical Smear Cases (involving > 100 women);

Leicester Epilepsy Protocol (involving >750 children wrongly diagnosed and treated by Dr Holton over a 10 period);

Leicester Maxillofacial Claims Protocol (>100 patients identified as suffering harm; cancer service was suspended following independent Review by Royal College of Surgeons which highlighted significant and systemic failings in care);
