Work Highlights

Trevor's case experience

Secured a settlement of close to £10m for a client who sustained significant brain injuries in an accident and now requires 24 hour care.

Represented a member of the travelling community who was hit at speed by a car and developed severe injuries, resulting in the need for lifelong care. Despite the police declining to press charges, Trevor secured a multi-million pound settlement.

Secured a settlement of £1.5 million for a client whose fall at work resulted in restricted mobility and a need for rehabilitation, care and adapted accommodation.

Secured £300,000 for a former serviceman who was left with permanent pain in his hands after developing non-freezing cold injuries during winter training. Despite complaining of hand and foot pain after spending the day in snowy conditions, the serviceman was not taken seriously and remained on duty.
