Tracy is proud to have clocked up over 20 years of exclusive experience in UK immigration, advising on all areas of UK immigration law and particular expertise in providing strategic advice to businesses and senior executives. She leads a team of immigration lawyers in the UK, working with Withers wider immigration team across our global offices advising clients on their global mobility needs.

Tracy provides bespoke advice to UHNWIs and their families. She is also known for her work with entrepreneurs and highly talented individuals, especially in the arts and media. She advises a wide range of clients in all business sectors from start-ups to large corporations, household names, entertainers and sportsmen.

Tracy has developed particular expertise in advising clients on EU migration and Brexit-proofing their global mobility. She has worked to keep businesses and employers prepared for Brexit changes.

Career

Tracy joined Withers in 2017 and is head of our Immigration practice in the UK.
