Practice Areas

Helen is a Partner in the Residential Property team at Forsters. Helen advises on all legal aspects of residential property. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with high value conveyancing, secured lending and landlord and tenant issues.

She also offers specialist expertise in residential and mixed-use developments, advising on the set-up, legal structuring and drafting, as well as providing advice on the strategic sales issues across the scheme. Helen acts for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, banks, trust companies and private individuals.

Career

After training and qualifying at Allen & Overy in 2005, she worked at Boodle Hatfield, and then Farrer & Co. Helen joined Forsters in 2014 and became a Partner in 2015.
