Torgny has specialised in dispute resolution since the mid-1990s. He has been highly successful in acting for clients in numerous commercial disputes in widely varying and problematic areas of law. Several of these disputes were the largest in Sweden at the time, and many of them have involved the specific problems arising when disputes are seen in the glare of the media spotlight. Torgny has the ability to extract the necessary information from compendious material in order to decide on a successful course of action. He also possesses specialist know-how and expertise in certain types of criminal case involving civil law elements, as well as various forms of investigation of companies, e.g., into suspected errors made by the board or employees. Torgny also has many years’ experience as an arbitrator.
