He acts as counsel and arbitrator for Swedish and foreign enterprises operating in sectors such as insurance, IT/telecoms, energy, financial services, real estate, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Kristoffer has extensive experience of litigation on regulatory issues, primarily in the energy and telecom sectors. Kristoffer is also engaged as counsel in fraud cases.
