Practice Areas

Peter’s main areas of practice are company law and M&A. He advises Swedish and international companies on restructuring, capital acquisition, incentive programmes. AGMs, board work, management and governance, along with other, owner-related issues. Peter also advises on commercial contracts in a broad sense, and assists clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has practised law since 1999, and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2003.
