Meet Tomas Bagdanskis, the Managing Partner of the Lithuanian office, with more than 20 years of experience specialising in employment law, contract law, corporate law, and dispute resolution.
Tomas is here to assist you with a wide range of employment law issues, including work organization, company reorganizations, transfers of employees, contracts, and disputes arising out of employment relations. He is also indispensable when representing his clients in workplace accidents, determining and investigating the causes of such accidents, and compensation proceedings. Tomas also has extensive experience in representing parties in collective negotiations.
As of 2001, Tomas is involved in academic activities and regularly publishes scientific articles.
He is exceptionally dedicated to understanding the needs of his clients. Motivated by this dedication, Tomas is the first Lithuanian author to address marketing of lawyers and legal service providers in such an extensive manner in his books, “Teisinių paslaugų marketingas” (2010) and “Legal Practice. Business Development for Lawyers” (2022).
