In addition to litigation, Mantas is well known as an employment law expert on both national and international levels and has been recognised in international legal guides for many years. He is a co-author of a commentary on the new Labour Code of Lithuania (Commentary on the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania: Individual Labour Relations).
Mantas is also active when it comes to providing legal advice in various media sources and conducting in-house or public seminars. It is also worth mentioning that Mantas is a lecturer in Business Law at the university and was named as the best visiting lecturer of the year.
