Džiuginta is here to assist you with all complicated corporate issues, from the acquisition of own shares, reorganisation of group of companies to structuring complex employee incentive schemes, option grants. Additionally, she can represent your interests in legal disputes and throughout the whole M&A process.

Džiuginta takes part in various solvency-related issues in restructuring and insolvency cases, and she has been one of the first attorneys to successfully instigate several restructuring cases under the new Law on Insolvency of the Republic of Lithuania during the pandemic.

Džiuginta is an active member of the legal and business society, and a valued lecturer to public and private institutions, Lithuanian Bar on various corporate, M&A and insolvency law peculiarities.
