Work Highlights

Tom successfully advised and represented the Leeson family in the unique case of Leeson v McPherson [2024] EWHC 2277 (Ch) which received national and international press attention. The Court found at trial that the defendant had unlawfully killed his wife by drowning her in a swimming pool in a remote holiday cottage in Denmark, and dishonestly forged wills and trust documents and had thereby deprived himself of property, monies and insurance policies exceeding £4.5m.
