Helena Duong is a specialist criminal and regulatory barrister. In her criminal practice, she is regularly instructed to prosecute and defend in serious and complex cases both alone and as a led junior. She regularly appears before tribunals in disciplinary proceedings, including the MPTS (GMC), NMC and ACCA.

Helena also has considerable experience in financial regulation having acted in an advisory capacity in investigations into compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations and related corporate governance issues.
