Tom has a focus in commercial fraud, regulatory investigations & enforcement and audit negligence, having acted in several cases arising out of high-profile corporate collapses. He also has experience in a range of commercial and financial disputes, including those arising from the sale of financial products and services, M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has advised numerous individuals and commercial organisations in responding to investigations and enforcement actions, principally those led by the Hong Kong SFC, Police, FRC and Institute of CPAs.
