Tom Constance

Tom advises both bank and non-bank clients on a wide range of structured finance transactions, including direct lending financings and securitisations. His structured finance experience covers a range of asset classes from leveraged loans, private capital loans, subscription lines, SME loans, residential mortgages, auto-loans and trade receivables. He has also spent time on secondment at the Debt Management Office, working with HM Treasury, the FSA and market participants on the Government Guarantee Scheme and the ABS Government Guarantee Scheme. He has experience of UK, European and international transactions.
