Todd Stennes is a member of Dentons' Real Estate practice. He has a diverse practice covering a wide variety of commercial real estate, financing and joint venture matters, including the following:

• Metro Storage LLC: Representation of Metro Storage LLC for his entire career, including multiple individual and portfolio transactions (both sales and acquisitions), multiple portfolio joint ventures with a variety of investment partners, and individual and portfolio financings.

• Heitman: Representation of Heitman for more than 15 years involving numerous purchases, sales and financings of multiple asset classes throughout the U.S.

• Sterling Bay Properties: Representation Sterling Bay Properties in a variety of development, equity funding, financing and leasing for several properties in the Chicagoland area.
