TJ Graham

TJ Graham is the chair of Cooley’s technology transactions practice group and serves on the firm’s board of directors. He represents clients at all stages of their life cycles. His representations include companies’ most important technology and other business transactions – with a special focus on those involving high-tech devices, high-tech commercial transactions, artificial intelligence (AI) counseling and agreements, software, data, consumer products and digital media.

TJ also has significant experience advising clients on intellectual property and commercial matters across a multitude of strategic relationships. This includes technology and patent licenses, AI, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions involving large domestic and international technology companies.
