Tina Bird

Tina Bird has extensive experience on a national level representing major clients in business, construction and real estate. She has the necessary industry experience and tools to assist with the needs of her clients throughout the entire timeline of construction projects of all sizes.

She has negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts and represented large developers as well as general contractors across the country. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts; dispute resolutions; arbitration and mediation; corporate transactions; real estate litigation; claim preparation; project analysis and civil trials. Her clients include owners, builders, construction managers, designers, architects, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of their business transactions. She has been leader of a real estate and construction litigation team.
