Timo is a partner in our Real Estate practice group in Berlin.
He advises national and international clients on all matters related to real estate law. The focus of his practice is real estate transactions. In addition to share and asset deals, he supports his clients regarding asset management, e.g., conclusion of lease agreements. From time to time, he is involved in post-M&A disputes.
Timo studied law in Osnabrück, Birmingham, Bayreuth and Muenster (LL.M. 2012) and admitted to bar in 2006. He served as an associate n a major international law firm in Berlin (2006-2008) and joined POELLATH in 2008.
