Dr Matthias Durst is a partner and a member of the management board at POELLATH in Berlin.

He has managed numerous major portfolio transactions and individual transactions as the leading partner. Matthias has extensive experience in the fields of real estate financing and joint ventures.
His clients include many well-known companies, banks and funds.

Career
Matthias was admitted to the bar in 1994. He started his career in a major international law firm (1995-2001). Matthias joined POELLATH in 2001 as a partner. He is Head of the Board of the Postgraduate LLM Course "Real Estate Law" at the University of Muenster.
