Competition, public, telecommunications and EU. In competition law, Tim won both of second and third competition class actions to come to judgment: Gutmann v SWR (boundary fares) for the defendant and Kent v Apple (app store) for the claimant. He won the only trucks cartel case to have come to trial: Royal Mail v DAF. He has acted in a very wide range of other competition and telecoms litigation, more than 50 cases in the European courts (eg: Icesave - Icelandic banking crash) and public law at every level of the courts including the Supreme Court (Uber).
