Tiemen Drenth is a partner in the Amsterdam Disputes practice. He represents clients in their complex and high stakes disputes, often with a cross border element. Tiemen has broad experience acting for private equity, corporate, and banking clients in (post )M&A disputes and other corporate and commercial disputes, both before the Dutch courts (including, notably, the Enterprise Chamber and the Netherlands Commercial Court), as well as in ICC and NAI arbitration.
