Thomas has a wealth of experience in advising and representing clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on
i) complex national and transnational commercial litigation and arbitration,
ii) recognition and enforcement of judgments and awards,
iii) attachment, asset freezing, and injunctive relief,
iv) private client/inheritance litigation,
v) aviation-related disputes,
vi) internal investigations, and
vii) white collar crime.
In addition, Thomas regularly acts as Swiss law expert in foreign (US, UK, Bermuda) Court proceedings, including cross-examination as Part 35 Expert under the UK CPR.
