Career

Andrina Benz is an associate focusing on Swiss employment law. She advises national and international companies, public sector employers and private individuals on all aspects of employment and immigration law, and represents clients in proceedings before Swiss courts and administrative authorities.

She gained professional experience at leading Swiss law firms, including Wenger & Vieli AG, where she worked as a trainee lawyer with a focus on dispute resolution, and Bär & Karrer AG, where she gained experience in internal investigations and financial services matters. She further developed her practical experience through several internships and legal roles in business law firms, with a focus on litigation and arbitration.

Andrina Benz was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2024. She holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich. Prior to qualifying as an attorney, she worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dominique Jakob at the University of Zurich, focusing on private law.
