Theominique D. Nottage is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Private Client, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Admiralty Shipping & Aviation practice groups. She has a strong foundation in dispute resolution, particularly arbitration.
Since being admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in October 2015, Theominique has held roles in both the public and private sectors. She served as an Arbitration Consultant to the Government of The Bahamas, leading initiatives to establish The Bahamas as a premier jurisdiction for ADR in the Americas with her achievements including legislative reform, the enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law and the creation of collaborative partnerships with key industry stakeholders like the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
She joined McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes in 2024, becoming a senior associate in 2025
She is a recipient of the Anita Bain & Dianne Bingham Scholarship Award from STEP Bahamas to pursue the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management
