She served as an Arbitration Consultant to the Government of The Bahamas, leading initiatives to establish The Bahamas as a premier jurisdiction for ADR in the Americas with her achievements including legislative reform, the enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law and the creation of collaborative partnerships with key industry stakeholders like the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

She joined McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes in 2024, becoming a senior associate in 2025

She is a recipient of the Anita Bain & Dianne Bingham Scholarship Award from STEP Bahamas to pursue the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management
